I have dealt with HOLDENS as a landlord for many years. The professional service Tracy has given as our letting agent is fantastic! Tracy goes above and beyond her role to ensure that firstly and most importantly in my opinion that the tenants are happy, whilst maintaining a happy balance with me as a landlord. We had to move due to change in our previous landlords circumstances and really struggled to find anywhere as we have 2 cars and a dog. We came across our current home with Holdens and I must say Tracy has acted prompt with every process since we enquired. The day after viewing the property, Tracy came to meet our dog on behalf of the landlord to ensure he was suitable. That afternoon we had paid our application fees and had the form to fill out (very easy process - compared other letting agents).

We noticed after moving in our toilet had become extremely noisy (and was progressively getting worse). I emailed Tracy and that day she personally came round to check out the issue and had a plumber contact me. I've never had that before with any other letting agent.

Iain did a fab job of fixing the issue and even spotted another small issue which he contacted Tracy for authorization and fixed on the spot.

Prompt, organised and professional from the minute you contact them.
